Wild goaltender Devan Dubnyk was named the NHL's Second Star of the Week on Monday.

Dubnyk recorded shutouts in all three starts last week, helping the Minnesota Wild improve to 6-2-1 this season.

Dubnyk stopped all 27 shots faced in a 5-0 win at Boston on Oct. 25, made 38 saves in a 4-0 win at Buffalo on Oct. 27 (most saves in a shutout in his career) and wrapped up the week making 29 saves in a 4-0 win vs. Dallas on Oct. 29.

Dubnyk is the first goalie in franchise history to record three consecutive shutouts, and his current shutout streak of 180:00 is a career-best and longest in team history.

Minnesota's current team shutout streak of 181:43 is also a franchise record. For the season, Dubnyk is 5-1-1 with a 1.43 GAA, a .952 save percentage and three shutouts in seven games.

Dubnyk and the Wild host Buffalo tonight at the Xcel Energy Center at 7:00. For a game preview, check Dan Myers' "Wild Warmup" here.
