Johnson Como North St. Paul beat Mankato Saturday 4-0 in a matchup of two top-five Peewee A teams in the state. The No. 2 ranked Polar Devils got two goals and an assist from Blayde Pogreba as they out-muscled and out-skated the Mavericks at Polar Arena. 

Pogreba got his first goal midway through the first period on a rebound to the left of Mankato goalie Jacob Arndt. The Polar Devils had a few more chances slip through their hands as Arndt came up big to keep the score 1-0 after 1.
