1. St. Cloud State (20-5-1)

Again the highest ranked of the Minnesota teams, the Huskies enter this week at No. 3 in the United States College Hockey Online poll. The Huskies head into the North Star College Cup after sweeping Western Michigan by scores of 8-2 and 7-3.

2. Minnesota (13-10-0)

The Gophers continued their hot play over the weekend, sweeping Wisconsin 4-0 and 9-2 in the "Border Battle." The sweep brings the Gophers’ win streak to five games.

3. Minnesota State (13-8-5)

After a lackluster tie and loss two weeks ago to Michigan Tech, the Mavericks got back on track with 8-0 and 5-1 wins over Lake Superior State in the weekend’s home series.

4. Minnesota Duluth (8-10-5)

A pair of one-goal losses (3-2 and 2-1) to Denver drops the Bulldogs to below the .500 mark. The winless streak is now up to four games for the Bulldogs.

5. Bemidji State (10-10-5)

After winning four straight games, the Beavers went to overtime twice against Ferris State, dropping the series-opener 3-2 and salvaging a 1-1 tie in the finale.

1. Minnesota (22-3-0)

The Gophers ran their win streak to seven games over the weekend, downing St. Cloud State 7-0 and 4-2.

2. Bemidji State (17-7-2)

After managing just one goal in a sweep at the hands of No. 2 Wisconsin, the Beavers rebounded with 3-2 and 2-0 wins over Minnesota Duluth this weekend.

3. St. Cloud State (12-10-2)

The Huskies had a three-game winning streak snapped in a sweep at home against Minnesota this weekend.

4. Minnesota Duluth (9-16-1)

The Bulldogs straddled the .500 mark for most of the season, but a six-game losing streak has torpedoed their record, albeit against top competition. This past weekend included close losses to No. 7 Bemidji State.

5. Minnesota State (3-20-3)

The Mavericks managed a 3-3 tie with Ohio State before falling in the series finale 8-3. In their last seven games, the Mavericks are 0-5-2.

1. St. Scholastica (11-4-2)

The Saints are unbeaten in three straight games since losing to the Milwaukee School of Engineering on Jan. 16. That streak takes into account this weekend’s sweep of Lawrence by scores of 6-2 and 3-1.

2. Augsburg (10-6-1)

A win and a tie with Concordia over the weekend keeps Augsburg in first place in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference with a 6-1-1 conference mark.

3. St. Thomas (9-6-2)

The Tommies are currently tied for second in the conference race with St. John’s, with both teams sitting at six wins and 18 points each. Over the weekend, the Tommies lost to Wisconsin-Stout and defeated Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

4. St. John’s (8-9-2)

The Johnnies kept up their inspired play with a sweep over Bethel this weekend. The Johnnies have scored seven goals in their last three wins since losing to St. Olaf on Jan. 15.

5. St. Mary’s (8-9-2)

With a 5-3 win over Hamline this weekend, the Cardinals were able to halt a four-game losing streak. Over that four-game span, the Cardinals gave up 24 goals, six in each loss.

2. Augsburg (10-6-1)

This weekend’s sweep of Concordia makes it three shutouts in a row for the Auggies. Senior goaltender Erika Allen has been between the pipes for all three shutouts, posting 74 saves in the process.

The Cobbers dropped both games this weekend, falling to Augsburg by identical 3-0 scores.

After back-to-back shutouts at the hands of Augsburg and Adrian, the Royals bounced back with a sweep of St. Benedict, winning 3-0 and 2-1 respectively.
