Four different players scored for Cretin-Derham Hall as the Raiders topped Roseville 4-1 in Suburban East Conference action on Saturday afternoon at the Roseville Ice Arena.

Sophomore forward Anna Klein kicked off the scoring for Cretin-Derham Hall (7-3-0) in the first period, as the Raiders pumped 15 shots on net and held Roseville to two shots.

Fellow sophomore forward Erin Myers launched a turnaround slap shot that snuck past Roseville senior goaltender Corinna Pierson’s shoulder, giving Cretin-Derham Hall a 2-0 lead.

A goal midway through the third period by Cretin-Derham Hall freshman forward Emily King stretched the lead to 3-0, and Roseville coach Vic Brodt made the decision to pull Pierson in favor of an extra attacker.

Taking advantage of the empty net, freshman forward Ali Eiden scored the fourth goal of the game for the Raiders.

Roseville refused to be put away however, with senior defender Kathryn Larson scoring in a scrum in front of the Raiders' net to pull Roseville within three at the eventual final score of 4-1.

Pierson finished with 31 saves for Roseville (5-5-0), while Cretin-Derham Hall freshman goaltender Megan Meyers made 14.
