State Of Hockey High Performance Coaching Summit Scheduled for September 22-23

For the second straight year, high school and youth hockey coaches across Minnesota have the unique opportunity to gain training and insight from other top coaches in the game at the State of Hockey High Performance Coaching Summit, scheduled for September 22-23 at Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul.

The Minnesota Wild, State of Hockey, Minnesota Hockey, the Minnesota Hockey Coaches Association (MHCA), USA Hockey and SportsEngine have partnered to host the event, during which participating coaches can get on- and off-ice instruction and earn Level 4 CEP credit through USA Hockey.

The two-day Coaching Summit kicks off at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, Saturday 22 and is highlighted by the MCHA Hall of Fame Luncheon and Awards on Saturday, Sept. 23. Speakers include the Wild’s Brad Bombardir, the University of Minnesota’s Scott Bell, Minnesota Duluth’s Brett Larson, Bemidji State’s Tom Serratore, Hill-Murray’s Bill Lechner, Guy Gosselin and Kristen Wright from USA Hockey and more.
